I built VITA Rx after my own search for holistic alternatives to how modern medicine treats aging.
A back injury and years of chronic pain sent me down a rabbit hole. I wanted to understand what was actually happening in my body as it aged, so I trained in longevity and peptide wellness education to learn the science behind what I was reading.
As a longevity coach, my role is to educate and support — not to diagnose or prescribe. Every clinical decision at VITA Rx is made by a licensed, independent clinician.

How It Works
Who is a candidate for GLP-1 therapy?
Candidacy is determined by a licensed telehealth provider after a full review of your health history, current medications, goals, and lab work when appropriate. GLP-1 therapy isn’t right for everyone, and prescribing decisions are made only when clinically appropriate.
Are peptide therapies safe?
Every therapy carries potential benefits and risks. Your licensed telehealth provider will review your health history, medications, and goals to determine whether peptide therapy is appropriate for you, and will guide you on proper injection and safety protocols throughout your care.
Where does treatment take place?
Everything happens from home. Your discovery call, telehealth consult, follow-ups, and prescription delivery — all built around your schedule, your privacy, and your life.
How long until I feel results?
Every body responds differently. Your longevity coach and telehealth provider will set realistic expectations based on your goals, protocol, and lifestyle — and adjust along the way.
Billing & Membership
Is VITA Rx covered by insurance?
VITA Rx is a concierge membership and does not bill insurance directly. Peptide therapy and compounded medications are generally not covered by insurance, regardless of provider.
What is the VITA Rx refund policy?
Membership fees are non-refundable. Prescribed medications, once shipped, cannot be returned or refunded — a federal requirement for compounded therapies.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@vitarx.health. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.
