Terms of Service

These terms explain the relationship between you and VITA Rx when you visit our website, sign up for a membership, or work with a longevity coach. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

VITA Rx is a wellness membership founded and operated by longevity coaches, based in Henderson, Nevada. In these terms, “VITA Rx,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VITA Rx. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or services.

2. What we do — and what we don’t

VITA Rx provides coaching and concierge support. That includes helping you set goals, organize your health information, prepare for your clinical visits, and stay on track with the routines you and your clinician agree on.

VITA Rx does not itself practice medicine or provide medical diagnosis. All clinical services — including consultations, prescribing, and protocol review — are provided by licensed, independent clinicians through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth partner. Any prescribing decision is made solely by your licensed clinician, only when clinically appropriate. Coaching services are separate from any clinical services or prescription therapy.

VITA Rx is not a substitute for your primary care physician or for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of a state where our telehealth partner and its clinicians are licensed to provide services. You are responsible for giving accurate, complete information when you sign up and for keeping it up to date.

4. Membership

Signing up

When you become a member, you agree to pay the membership fee on a recurring basis, at the frequency shown at checkout. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@vitarx.health. Your membership will stay active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you feel there has been a billing error, please contact us and we’ll work with you in good faith to make it right.

Prescription medications

Compounded medications ordered by a clinician and dispensed by our compounding pharmacy partners are non-refundable once shipped. This is standard practice for compounded and personalized medications. If a shipment arrives damaged or contains an error, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will help you resolve it with the pharmacy.

Price changes

We may adjust membership pricing from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change applies to your next billing cycle.

5. Clinical care and prescriptions

Clinical services are provided by independent, licensed clinicians through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth partner. A clinician will decide, based on your consultation and any information you provide, whether a particular therapy is clinically appropriate for you. Not every request results in a prescription.

Prescriptions are filled by licensed compounding pharmacies. Some compounded medications are not FDA-approved. You are responsible for using any prescribed medication exactly as instructed by your clinician, following storage and handling guidance, and reporting side effects.

Membership does not entitle you to any specific medication or dose. Prescribing decisions rest solely with the clinician and their licensure.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give truthful, complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and health goals.
• Follow the guidance of your clinician and coach.
• Attend your scheduled appointments or reschedule in a reasonable time.
• Keep your account log-in information private.
• Not share medications with anyone else.
• Notify us promptly of anything that changes your eligibility (a move, a new medication, a new diagnosis).

7. Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that VITA Rx and our clinical partner may contact you about appointments, prescriptions, and your membership. We may send you marketing emails if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

8. Intellectual property

The VITA Rx name, logo, coaching materials, and website content are our property or the property of our licensors. You may use the site and materials for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. Please don’t copy, distribute, or resell them without our written permission.

9. Your content

If you send us feedback, testimonials, or other content, you give us permission to use it to improve our services. We will not use your name or likeness in marketing without your written consent.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and coaching services are provided “as is.” While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, we do not guarantee that they will meet every need or be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on our website is for general education and is not medical advice. Only your licensed clinician can give you medical advice about your specific situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VITA Rx and our team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, coaching services, or membership. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to VITA Rx in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VITA Rx harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and VITA Rx agree to that venue.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email. If you continue to use our services after the effective date, you are agreeing to the updated terms.

15. Ending your membership

We may pause or end your membership if you violate these terms, misuse our services, or if we can no longer safely provide services to you. In most cases we will let you know first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.
